Yep, she flatout rejected them :) Hahaha yeah the guy at the end who got depressed is Tamaki, he's sort of the ringleader of the club and his signature move when he get shameful or depress is to sit in a corner and sulk.... :)

You should check the series out, I think that reading is way better than watching the anime
